Our first group of Otters qualified last year and we are excited to welcome them back to complete their Seals training this year.
Cara na Mara is a child centered approach to sailing and the marine environment for children aged 6-9.
It includes basic sailing along with essential skills and knowledge which will allow the sailors to enjoy the water and marine environment safely under the care of fully qualified ISA instructors.
The curriculum focuses on becoming comfortable being around water, and includes science, nature and arts and crafts.
The course is specifically designed for children aged 6-9 years.
Limited to 12 spaces – small numbers ensure enjoyment and safety.
Buoyancy aids provided.
